Projector
Start the projector by pressing the ON/OFF button on the Remote control (like the one in the red circle in the photo below).
If the remote control fails to operate, for example, due to a battery discharge, you can also press the ON/OFF button on the projector's body.
When you want to turn off the projector, press twice the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
Depending on the device that you want to use, the projector's input should be set as following:
- “Computer” for PC or Laptop with VGA (select from Switcher box A/B)
- “HDMI” for Laptop connected with HDMI
- “Video” for DVD player
Login to your account by entering a username and password.
Switch Box
On the shelve with the keyboard and mouse, there is a “switch box” that has two functions:
Select the “A” input position to view the image from the local computer and the “B” input position to view the image of any laptop connected to the VGA cable.
DVD Player
To use the DVD player: press the ON button, open the disc tray, place the disc and close the tray. Select the “Video” input to the projector and DVD to the amplifier.
Amplifier
The last in the range of devices is the amplifier. As with every device will need to set the appropriate input according the device that want to use each time.
- To hear the sound from the computer, select the “Computer” or the “SAT/TV” or the “MD/TAPE” input (depending of the amplifier model).
- For the DVD player you select the “DVD” input.
- To hear sound from any laptop (HDMI or VGA), the amplifier input should be set to “SA-CDCD” or “Laptop” input and the stereo mini jack cable should be connected to the laptop’s headphones port.
Troubleshooting
- If no image from the computer is projected from the projector, or to change between the local PC and a laptop, press the “Source Search” button at the top right side of the projector’s remote control.
- If the sound in not heard as long as the correct source is selected, press the speaker’s button in the amplifier panel until speakers “A” are selected.
