For Full Term Academic Classes
All full-term academic laboratory classes are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, within the timeframes established each semester or session by the Registrar’s Office.
Program coordinators from each academic department must submit their course schedules to the Registrar’s Office. Once received, the Registrar’s Office collaborates with the Senior Training staff of the IRM Department (Academic Computing – Office of Information Resources Management) to finalize and assign the appropriate computer labs.
For Ad Hoc Academic Purposes
Computer labs are primarily designated for scheduled academic laboratory courses and exams. However, when availability permits, lab classrooms may also be reserved for ad hoc academic purposes. These reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requests must be submitted at least three (3) working days in advance via email to the Registrar’s Office, provided that no special software installation is required.
To ensure timely processing, please include the following information in your email request:
- Course ID and course name
- Purpose of the reservation (e.g., make-up class, software-based class activities, etc.)
- Number of students/participants
- Any required software
Once the request is received, the Registrar’s Office collaborates with the Senior Training staff of the IRM Department (Academic Computing – Office of Information Resources Management) to review current lab availability and, if feasible, assign the most suitable computer lab.

Classroom lab spaces may be reserved for events through the Mazevo scheduling platform at:
east.mymazevo.com, (log in using ACG credentials).

Important:
