All computer lab software installation requests must be submitted through the Academic Software Installation Request Form.

- Access the form using your ACG Network credentials.
Before Submitting Your Software Installation Request
Use this checklist to ensure your request can be processed quickly and without delays:
- Know your course rubric, course name, and the assigned lab room.
- Check whether the software is already included in the standard lab software installation—if it is, no request is required.
- Identify the exact software name and version needed.
- Ensure you have a valid license, if applicable.
- Prepare any license keys, proof of purchase, or other supporting documentation.
- Note any special instructions or configuration requirements.
- Access the software request form using your ACG Network credentials.

After Submitting your Software Installation Request
The following steps occur after you submit the Software Installation Request form.

Your request is reviewed
The IT team checks your submission and may contact you if more information is needed. -
Installation is scheduled
If everything is complete, your request is added to the installation schedule for the upcoming academic period. -
Software is installed
The IT team installs the software in the computer labs scheduled for each course. -
You are informed about the testing period
You will be notified once the installation is complete, so you can test the software and ensure it works properly before the first day of classes.
